I would like to let you know how much peace of mind you have given me since you installed the Basement Watchdog Backup Pump. Considering the problems we had previously encountered we were not sure it this was worth doing - now we wish we had done this sooner. ………Whenever there was need for service you are always so gracious and helpful to come out to our home as soon as possible or patiently instruct me on the phone as to what to do if the problem is a minor one •. Sometimes I have requested a general maintenance checkup and even though you may not think it necessary since all is working well, nevertheless you come out anyway and give the unit a thorough check.
